Big Break in Wedding

This is my first wedding coordination way back in 2009. Ann is one of my co - teachers in University of Cebu. She asked me if I could helped her in preparing her big day. I did not hesitate to help her since I love coordinating a wedding. She was a hands on bride. She does research for different vendors. Photography, hair and make up, venue, judge, invitation, give ways, seamstress for her wedding gown and entourage.

She consulted me about her gown. The one she's wearing was not her first choice. I helped her in choosing her gown. So we went to different boutique and able to bought that beautiful dress that she wanted.  

I taught the couple their first dance entitled " Moon River", Then , I arranged their reception program, research their favourite song, ocular inspection at Plantation Bay for the arrangement of the tables and chairs and food tasting. I do really love what I did since the bride is one of my closest friend.

Ann is very generous, she was the one who paid my gown and let me stay in the hotel for free, she is the one also bought my wedge shoes, since the area is sandy.

I usually love to help my friends during their wedding. I am proud that I'm a versatile person. I do make up, host, photography, designing, event styling, even doing some sewing. I always love what I do it since I wanted to make dream wedding into a reality.

This wedding is the first big wedding event I handled. Thus, it widened my horizons to venture into wedding industry services.

Artchie and Aileen Tie a Knot

Artchie and Aileen's love proves that no one can stop them. These couple gives me a chance to be start my wedding planner career. They contacted me last February 15 of this year through the recommendation of my bestfriend Ritzel Gamosa - Tanilon. 

I am so happy working with these couple. I've witness how they took care of each other. They are now part of my family.

To Archie and Aileen, may you continue your love and respect to each other. May you always put God at the center of your relationship. Congratulations and Best wishes!!!

8ternitywedding has Change to Eternity Weddings and Events

The 8ternitywedding has been change to Eternity Weddings and Events since April 6, 2015. This is due to DTI restrictions of using number. The brand or name has been change but the not the owner, Maria Rose Jane P. Arreza. However, it made the  become more creative, responsive, dynamic and innovative in line with weddings and events services.

Artchie and Aileen are very sweet lovers, though sometimes I witnessed how they disagreed some certain things. But at the end, they just end it up smiling. It truly shows that love and respect conquers all.

Eternity Weddings and Events Planning Services

Our services vary from short to wide range planning and coordination. We designed our wedding in a way that may provide options that couples may achieve their dream wedding which eternal, long lasting because it is perfect and unique. 


Wedding Planning Services 

*Consultation Service

This type of service is done before any wedding preparations are made. This service is best for couples who would like professional guidance and direction on how to start and manage their wedding plans. A hard/ soft copy or apps of Wedding Checklist, Budget Planner, sample Time-line and Program will be provided by 
Eternity Weddings and Events.



* On-the-Day Coordination Service

This type of service is done at least 2 weeks before the wedding. This service is best for couples who have already planned everything for their wedding but needs the assurance that all they have planned are well-implemented, managed orchestrated on the wedding day. We at Eternity Weddings and Events will provide assistance on the wedding day and assure smooth flow of event at their chosen ceremony and reception venue.

* Finishing-Touches Coordination Service

This type of service is done at least one month before the wedding. This service is ideal for couples who have already planned everything but would like Eternity Weddings and Events to make sure that they haven't missed on anything. Prior the wedding, Eternity Weddings and Events will conduct: Wedding Rehearsal, reviewing of contracts with suppliers, checking on physical arrangements planned by the couple, double-checking on wedding checklist and reviewing the program sequence.

* Semi-Full Coordination Service

This type of service is done at least 3 months prior the wedding. This is best for brides and grooms who have already contacted and signed contracts with at least 50% of various vendors, but would like Eternity Weddings and Events to take over, polish details and make necessary follow-ups for the wedding. This type of service is also ideal for couples who'd like to plan and are hands-on on the major or most important items of their wedding and would like Eternity Weddings and Events to take care of other less important items and assume responsibility on the implementation of all things planned during the wedding day.

* Complete Coordination Service

This type of service is done at least 6 months prior the wedding. This is best for couples who would like Eternity Weddings and Events to be there from start to finish. This is perfect for couples who are busy, working full time or are planning their event but are based outside Cebu or outside the country. This package includes all of the wedding planning and event supervision, from marriage documentation to planning your honeymoon.
